Elizabeth shared property interests at Willian, Hertfordshire, with Joan, 1st wife of Robert de Freville, of Little Shelford, Cambridgeshire, presumably her sister. If so, it is possible that Elizabeth de Beauchamp and Joan de Freville are daughters of Nicholas Peyvre, 3rd Lord Peyvre, who held the manor of Willian, Hertfordshire at his death in 1361 [Ref: Richardson RoyalAnc v4p414(20)]
